Shipping policy

Shipping charges for your order include insurance and are calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders are typically processed within 10 to 20 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after the order confirmation email. (Please refer to the Buyer 's Tip section in each product page for any long lead component(s)).
You will receive an email notification with tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping is via USPS priority mail with 1-3 days delivery depending on your address.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer.service@hi-tfi.com with your name and order number to start an inquiry. Any loss or damage will be handled through the insurance.
Free local pickup is at 14831 Myford Rd, Tustin, CA 92780. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email notification for order pick up within 10 to 20 business days.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM to 1:30PM on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. For your protection, a picture ID with a matching address to the order is required. (A copy on smart phone is accepted).
