Return Policy

   If you need to return an item for any reason other than that it is faulty, the fee(s) will be as follows :

      a.  $35 administrative fee if/when the item has not shipped (not yet in shipping box with shipping label). This fee is reduced to $15 if/when you buy/order a different model.

      b.  20% restocking fee if/when the item has already shipped. Return has to be within 30 days of item receipt.

      c.  After 30 days of receipt, any return of a non-faulty item is subject to an additional 10% (used goods) fee per month or fraction thereof.

      d. The item must be in good physical condition after allowance for normal wear and tear. Poor physical condition (e.g., soiled, greasy) or damaged item (except due to shipping) can not be returned.

For example : a non-faulty item return after 2 1/2 months incurs 20% + (10 % x 2) = 40% (used goods) fee.

            2. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the returned item to TF Instruments, LLC.
