Non-warranty Return Procedure
1. Contact TFI Customer Service at email address : customer.service@hi-tfi.com
1.1 Please provide order information, condition of unit or/and other relevant details.
1.2 Please read our Return Policy under Policy. TF Instruments will repair or replace a faulty item or issue a partial refund for a non-faulty returned item.
2. Wait for RMA (return material authorization) number from TFI Customer Service.
3. Send unit back with RMA number within 7-10 days. (Do not send unit before receiving RMA number since this may delay return processing).
4. After receipt and verification of unit, TFI Customer Service will notify you by email and issue refund to your credit card minus any applicable fee(s) per our return policy. You can read our return policy here :
Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the returned item to TF Instruments, LLC.
