Warranty Service

We pride ourselves in providing the most reliable product in its class, but in the rare case of an issue, please use the following procedure for warranty service :

1. Contact TFI Customer Service at email address : customer.service@hi-tfi.com

    1.1 Please provide order information and details of the issue(s) you experienced.

    1.2 Please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale under Policy for what is not covered.

2. Wait for RMA (return material authorization) number from TFI Customer Service.

     2.1 RMA number issuance may be delayed without detailed information from step 1.1 above. (Customer service will contact you in case of lack of information).

3. Send unit back with RMA number within 7-10 days. (Do not send unit before receiving RMA number since this may delay return processing).

4. After receipt and checkout of unit, TFI Customer Service will notify you by email whether the warranty is applicable, and whether we will fix the unit or send you a replacement.

Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the returned item to TF Instruments, LLC.
